The History of Our Restaurant

Bali on Gran Canaria

Inaugured the 13th Septembre of 1978 by Sr. Hermannes Garrit Ronald de Groot born in
Jakarta - Indonesia.
The restaurant has
been a devoted figure
of the exotic cooking from that
asian country, finding a great acceptance in
all these years among tourists and residents.

MANAGEMENT AND TARGETS

The management and the marketing of the Restaurante Bali
is now assumed by the person of Juan Luis Garcia, son-in-law
and the executing power behind the ideas of his father-in-law.
His inmediate target is to introduce the indonesian cookery
as an alternative of quality and taste to the already existing
gastronomic offer.

PHILOSOPHY OF THE FIRM

To be, by tradition, the flag of the indonesian cuisine
on our island where the quality and the service will be
the leading power.
To personalize the restaurant to make our visitors
feel like they are really enjoying their food and beverages
in Indonesia.
