BAMI WITH CHICKEN

Ingredients:

Garlic
leek
grated carrots
onions
red and green paprika
spicy paprika from Indonesia
eggs
chicken (100 gr.,)
noodles (150 gr.)
trassi (shrimpspaste)

Preparation:

Cook the noodles and let them cool down - fry the chicken (cut in small pieces) - sear the trassi, the beaten eggs and the garlic in a wok with little oil - add the noodles, the vegetables and the chicken - season it with the spicy paprika, some salt and sugar and a bit of sambal ulek.

Serve on a small tablet and it's ready.


GADO GADO

Ingredients:

Kroepoek emping
belinjo
peas
cabbage
cabbage in strips
cauliflower
potatoes in slices
fried onion
hard cooked egg

For the peanut sauce:
garlic
tamarind
ketchap manis
kemiri ground
lemon
ground peanuts
sambal ulek

Preparation:

The peanut sauce:
Fry the garlic - add the ground peanuts, the remaining vegetables and enough water for the sauce to become creamy and spicy.

The main part:
Cook the vegetables - add the peanut sauce - decorate with the hard cooked egg and the kroepoek emping.

To be served on a small tablet and start eating.
